China: Phasing out ODS at the Hualing refrigerator plant, the Hefei Meiling Co. Ltd refrigerator plant, the Zerowatt Electric Appliances Group refrigerator plant, and the Zel Tianjin Compressor Co. Ltd. (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/22/28)
Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/22/15, para. 29), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above four projects, following advice that the agreement that had been reached between the Secretariat and UNIDO had been endorsed by the Government of China.
