China: Elimination of CFCs 11 and 12 in the manufacture of domestic freezers at Jilin Jinuoer Electric Appliances Group Co. and at Hongxiang Group - Laizhou Freezer Plant (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/22/28)
Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/22/15, para. 32), the Executive Committee decided that the above two projects should not be approved for funding at present in view of the number of issues still outstanding, and should be resubmitted at a later date once those issues had been resolved.
