Projects for the implementation of a national programme for recovery and recycling of refrigerant in Bahrain, Lesotho, Mozambique and the United Republic of Tanzania
Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/22/15, para. 7 (c)), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above four projects, taking into account the statement by the Implementing Agency in the Sub-Committee that the accompanying measures necessary for successful implementation were already or would be in place before implementation began and that the projects had been prepared on the basis of in-depth discussions with the national authorities and trade associations.
