The Executive Committee decided that its Twenty-third Meeting would be held in Montreal from 19 to 21 November 1997, and that it would be preceded by meetings of the Sub-Committee on Project Review and the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance, to be held at the same venue on 17‑18 November.
