Noting that there was US$ 10 million in the 1997 business plan for methyl bromide demonstration projects over the next three years, US$ 3 million of which was earmarked for 1997, US$ 4 million for 1998 and US$ 3 million for 1999, but that there was a possibility that the 1997 allocation would be exceeded, the Executive Committee decided that the US$ 3 million for 1997 could be exceeded if necessary. Any adjustment of allocations would have to be approved by the Executive Committee.
