Decision 23/14

The Executive Committee, having taken note of the recommendations of the Sub-Committee (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/23/10/Add.1, paragraph 24), decided that the two projects submitted for funding which involved companies in China partially owned by enterprises in Singapore should be approved for funding on the basis of the proportion of local ownership.
