Having taken note of the considerations of the Sub-Committee (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/23/10/Add.1, paragraph 50), the Executive Committee decided to approve the project for funding on the basis of costs which took into account the expanded level of production using 50 per cent CFC reduced foam, and on the basis of funding only the local ownership component.
