Having taken note of the considerations of the Sub-Committee (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/23/10/Add.1, paragraphs 58 and 59), the Executive Committee decided to request the implementing agency to do further research into the extent of the fire damage and the insurance payout and to resubmit the project only if it could establish the conditions necessary to determine eligible incremental costs and that no additional CFC capacity had been added subsequent to July 1995.
