Having taken note of the considerations of the Sub-Committee (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/23/10/Add.1, paragraph 71), the Executive Committee decided to authorize implementing agencies to submit to the Twenty-fourth Meeting project proposals emanating from their 1997 business plans with funding requests amounting to the unused portion of their 1997 shares.
