The Executive Committee, noting the comments and the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/23/4/Add.1, paragraph 34), decided:
(a) To request the Secretariat to explore modalities for co-financing with the implementing agencies;
(b) To discuss the issue further at a subsequent meeting.
