Noting that letters declaring their intent to ratify the Copenhagen Amendment within nine months, had just been received from the Governments of Costa Rica and Peru, and that the letters satisfied the conditions required, the Executive Committee decided to approve the proposal from UNDP for project preparation in the methyl bromide subsector in those countries, with funding as indicated in Annex V.
