Project-by-project, sectoral and national phase-out approaches

Having considered the comments and recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review on possible consideration of a new sub-sector for transportation refrigeration (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/25/17, paragraphs 18 to 20), the Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat to examine methods to initiate a study on whether transportation refrigeration could be considered a new sub-sector, and what, if any, costs might be eligible.
