China: Conversion of HCFC-141b in the manufacture of rigid and spray polyurethane foams at Daqing Petroleum Organization Bureau (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/25/30 and Add.1)
Having taken note of the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/25/17, paragraph 67), the Executive Committee decided to defer consideration of the above project to allow the Secretariat and UNDP to resolve outstanding issues by the next meeting of the Executive Committee.
