Having taken note of the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/25/17, paragraph 69), the Executive Committee decided to defer consideration of the above two projects pending determination of the cost of equipment necessary to implement the project, and pending provision of a more detailed justification for the use of HCFC technology, as shall be provided for each project based on HCFCs submitted to the Executive Committee.
