Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/26/4, para. 24), the Executive Committee decided to approve the budget for the Fund Secretariat for 1999 as presented in Annex II to this report.
