Decision 27/1

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To take note with appreciation of the Treasurer’s report;
2. To urge those Parties that had not yet done so to pay their outstanding contributions to the Fund;
3. To take note of the status of the Fund for the period 1991-1999 as at 23 March 1999 (see annex I to the present report [document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/27/48]);

(d) To note that the resources of the Fund as at 23 March 1999 stood at US $40,174,360.
