Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/27/13, paras. 63-64), the Executive Committee decided to approve the request for project preparation for Comoros at the level of funding indicated in annex II to the present report [document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/27/48], with the understanding that the refrigerant management plan would be presented in the form of an update to the country programme.
