Global: Halon banking management plan in West Asia countries
Following its decision to defer the combined bilateral/UNEP halon banking management plan proposed for West Asia (see para. 52 above) [decision 27/26] , and on the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/27/13, para. 69), the Executive Committee decided that funding for the UNEP component would be deferred.
