Oman: Preparation of country programme
Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/27/13, para. 84), and taking note of the statement made in the Sub-Committee by the representative of the Ozone Secretariat to the effect that Oman was not yet a Party to the Montreal Protocol, the Executive Committee decided not to approve the project, but that the proposal could be resubmitted should Oman ratify the Protocol.
