Decision 27/57

Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/27/13, para. 89), in which concerns were expressed regarding the exact status of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) and other views were expressed that it should continue to be treated as a Party and eligible for funding from the Multilateral Fund, the Executive Committee decided to defer further consideration of projects and activities for that country.
