The Executive Committee decided that its Twenty-eighth Meeting would be held in Montreal from 14 to 16 July 1999, and that it would be preceded by meetings of the Sub-Committee on Project Review and the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance, to be held at the same venue on 12 and 13 July 1999.
