Institutional strengthening

Having noted that institutional strengthening projects were still encountering serious problems in Comoros, Congo, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Maldives, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia but that the projects in Comoros, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia were now progressing, the Executive Committee decided to request UNEP to submit a report on institutional strengthening projects that were still encountering problems to its Twenty-ninth Meeting.
