Chiller concessional lending pilot project in Mexico (United Kingdom) (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/28/20)
Having taken note of the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/28/18, paras. 11-14), the Executive Committee decided to approve the project at the level of funding indicated in annex III to the present report, on the understanding that the Multilateral Fund money repaid in the first phase of the project would be made available for redeployment by the Executive Committee within three years of project approval and would be usable, based on a decision to be taken by the Executive Committee, either for a second phase of chiller purchases in Mexico or for other specific projects to phase out ozone-depleting substances in that country.
