The Executive Committee, having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/4, para. 39) decided to request the Secretariat to send a letter to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, countries originally classified as non-Article 5, reminding them of Decision VI/5(e) adopted by the Contracting Parties at their Sixth Meeting.
