Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review on bilateral projects (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/17, para. 20), the Executive Committee decided to request that one donor be nominated in the project proposal to act as the focal point with responsibility for communications with the Secretariat on reviewing, managing and reporting on the project.
