Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review on the phase-out in the refrigeration sector (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/17, para. 22), the Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat, in conjunction with the implementing agencies, and consulting relevant bilateral donors, to prepare a paper on prerequisites and guidelines for terminal phase-out projects in the refrigeration sector, including complete CFC phase-out proposals, for submission to a future meeting.
