The Executive Committee, having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/4, para. 8) decided:
(a) To take note of the preliminary summaries of the evaluations of refrigeration and institutional strengthening projects and request the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to submit to it at its Thirtieth Meeting the final reports on the evaluation of refrigeration projects and institutional strengthening projects with an action plan to follow up the results of those evaluations; and
(b) To request the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to incorporate the destruction of ODS-based production machinery into the list of main evaluation issues.
