Having taken note of the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/17, para. 39), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above projects at the level of funding indicated in annex IV to the present report, on the understanding that the Government of Germany would not proceed with the disbursement of funds approved until the regulatory and legislative requirements and fiscal steps proposed by the Government of Egypt had been put into place and the cost of CFCs had reached US $4/kg.
