Togo: Assistance to develop a refrigerant management programme
Having considered the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/17, para. 58), the Executive Committee decided to take note that the issue would be discussed by the contact group on refrigerant management plans, and that in the light of the conclusions of the contact group, the project would therefore be deferred to a future Meeting of the Executive Committee, subject to determination that Togo’s Ozone Unit was actually functional.
