Colombia: Phase out of CFC-11 by conversion to HCFC-141b technology in the manufacture of rigid polyurethane foam at selected Colombian enterprises (World Bank) (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/31)
Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/17, para. 74), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above project at the level of funding indicated in annex IV to the present report.
