Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/17, para. 83), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above projects on the condition that disbursement would proceed now for the technical assistance components but that disbursement for other elements would not proceed until the Committee had approved fire extinguisher conversion projects in those countries.
