Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/17, para. 93), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above projects at the level of funding indicated in annex IV to the present report, with the exception of the recovery and recycling project which was subsequently withdrawn by Germany.
