The Executive Committee had before it document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/60. The representative of the Secretariat explained that it had been drawn up in response to decision 28/49, and that its various parts corresponded to the parts of that decision. Pending the provision of information from the implementing agencies on the amount of administrative work involved in retroactive projects, information which had been requested for the current meeting but not supplied in time, the Executive Committee decided that the level of administrative support costs for retroactive projects would be set at 6 per cent.
