Having considered the comments and the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/30/20, paras. 23 and 24), the Executive Committee decided to defer consideration of project preparation requests for the production sector until technical audits had been undertaken.
