Having considered paragraphs 41 and 42 of the report of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/30/20) and in the light of Decision 30/61, the Executive Committee decided to defer the above project proposals pending a decision by the Executive Committee on refrigerant management plans.
