Having considered the comments and the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/30/20, paras. 31 and 32, and 48 and 49), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above project at the level of funding indicated in annex II to the present report.
