Decision 31/29

Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/31/21, para. 30), the Executive Committee decided to approve the request by UNIDO that the funds approved at the 30th meeting for project preparation in the foam sector in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya be reallocated to project preparation for the refrigeration sector in the country.
