Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/32/3, para. 27), the Executive Committee decided:
(a) To note the draft business plan of UNIDO (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/32/15);
(b) To request UNIDO to examine the need to assist Yugoslavia in achieving a freeze on halon consumption, which currently does not display a high probability of success;
(c) To request UNIDO to submit a final business plan taking into account the requested modifications to the 33rd meeting.
