Desk study on recovery and recycling projects: follow-up to Decision 31/15
In the light of an overview of the results of the ongoing implementation of the 2000 work programme for monitoring and evaluation (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/32/19, UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/32/19/Corr.1 and UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/32/19/Add.1) and having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/32/3, para. 36), the Executive Committee decided to request the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to review the objectives of the evaluation exercise with a view to improving the exercise and lightening the burden on respondents. That did not imply that the same procedures would apply to all recovery and recycling projects in the future.
