Mexico: Foam sector ODS phase-out plan (UNDP) (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/32/30/Mexico)
Having considered the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/32/21, para. 70), and noting that UNDP had requested that the project be deferred, the Executive Committee decided:
(a) To defer the project;
(b) To retain the project in UNDP’s 2000 business plan;
(c) To request concrete assurances that the project would yield a sustainable, permanent reduction in the national aggregate consumption of CFCs.
