Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/33/17, para. 72), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above projects at the level of funding indicated in Annex V to the present report, and express to the governments concerned its observations, as contained in Annex VI to the present report.
