Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/33/17, para. 97), the Executive Committee decided that, where a member of an Executive Committee delegation was employed by one of the implementing agencies to perform ozone layer‑related work, that delegation should refrain from speaking on projects related to the work for which the delegate had been hired.
