Implementation delays and status reports

Having considered the comments and the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/34/4, para. 20), the Executive Committee decided to request all the implementing agencies to report to the 35th meeting on any Executive Committee decisions that might have led to implementation delays as a result of an inability to reallocate funds among a project’s budget components.
