Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/34/18, para. 46), the Executive Committee decided not to approve renewal of the institutional strengthening project, and to express to the Government of Bangladesh its observations indicated in Annex IX to the present report.
