Regime and operation including meeting dates and venues

The Executive Committee decided that the 35th meeting of the Executive Committee would be held from 5 to 7 December 2001 in Montreal, to be preceded by meetings of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance, and the Sub-Committee on Project Review, to be held at the same venue on 3 and 4 December 2001.
