Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/35/19, para. 25), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above project at the level of funding indicated in Annex IV to the present report, on the understanding that the US $50,000 technology licence fee would not be committed for expenditure until the Executive Committee had considered the guidelines on LCD technology.
