Having considered the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/35/19, para. 47), the Executive Committee decided to approve the strategy preparation components of the above projects at the level of funding indicated in Annex IV to the present report, but to defer consideration of the capacity-building components until the phase-out strategies had been presented to it.
