Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/35/19, para. 85), the Executive Committee decided to approve the Agreement for CFC phase-out in the Polyurethane Foam Sector in China, as contained in Annex XI to the present report.
