Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/35/19, para. 91), the Executive Committee decided to approve the 2002 annual implementation programme for the solvent sector in China, as the basis for considering funding of the programme at a future meeting.
