Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/36/16, para. 34), the Executive Committee decided to approve the project with associated support costs at the funding level indicated in Annex VII to the present report on the understanding that the work would be completed within a period of eight months.
